• High caliber graduate working under supervision in Engineering, Building Services or Architectural Management
• Working under supervision in tending to building works, contract administration  of redevelopment projects and some major A & A works.
• High initiative, able to work under pressure and with ability to learn fast
• Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (min. 30 w.p.m.)
