Our client is expanding interior decoration and engineering company major in developers’ works. For fitting-Out Projects, mainly on Clubhouse(s), showflat and development Mock up(s).

Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Manager and the team for works programming
• Experienced in handle all site documentations is a MUST
• To assist in detail/shop drawings preparation for site works
• Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
• coordinate sub-contractors and direct labour for works sequencing
• Any ad hoc tasks as required

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in interior or related field
• 2 - 5 years working experience with interior fitting out works
• Good command of Written English; Fluent Speaking English and Mandarin is a definite advantage
• Pleasant, self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure

Office at Fotan, but on-site work daily

14 days Annual Leave, Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Group Medical Insurance, Bank Holidays to the right candidate.
