Leading interior design and production company focus in servicing international luxurious/branded clients for the retail sector – projects focus in Hong Kong and China for branded clients like cosmetic brands, watch brands and fashion brands for their retail shops, image counters, pop up store and all store furniture and fixtures – Hong Kong office 50 staff – China offices in Dongguan and Shanghai with own factory for production – is looking for a PROJECT COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
- Tertiary education/Diploma holder is preferable
- 2 to 5 years related experience in event management, project coordination;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing;
- Business level in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience or ability to monitor site work of sub-contractors
- Familiar with furniture installation/retail display hardware projects is a plus
- Report to the Project Manager
- Responsible for assisting in project coordination and site project management
- To perform general sales support in office work and on site management;
- To coordinate with client and sub-contractor;
- To handle ad hoc tasks and participate in on site projects whenever necessary
- Candidates with more solid experience will be considered for the post of Project Executive
