Reporting to Project In-charge, the incumbent's key responsibilities are as follows:

• Managing the submissions and approval
• Coordination with consultants and contractors
• Program planning and monitoring works
• Meetings and follow-up all issues
• Report writing
• Ad-hoc tasks from Head of Construction

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Building Construction, Architectural Studies or equivalent
• Certificate holder with 15 years' work experience will also be considered
• Minimum 4 years' relevant work experience gained from major Main Contractors, familiar with curtain wall and fitting out works are preferred
• Proficiency in MS Project, Auto-CAD and MS Office is a must
