Responsbilities

• Coordination between architectural, structural, E & M and interior design both on drawings and actual site condition 
• Liaise with relevant parties during the whole working process
• Handle full set shop drawing for submission, fabrication and site work

Requirements

• Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects 
• At least 3-5 year experience in interior fitting out works, furnishing or construction field
• Familiar with interior fitting out detailing, concept of work sequence
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must, experience in 3Dmax, A.I., Photoshop is an advantage 
• Self-motivated, responsible, enthusiastic and willing to work hard and under pressure 
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Design Coordinator
