Job Description
Our clients, leading contractors, consultants and developers, are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-contract & post-contract QS work;
- Assisting site checking, measuring and inspection;
- Co-ordination with different trades of sub-contractors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in Building projects, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or HKIS professional qualification is preferably
- Good command of written and spoken English is essential
