Responsibilities:

• Liaise & coordinate with different teams / clients & suppliers for project follow up
• Monitor & track project progress plus handle any issues
• Assist sales team on all aspects of documentation works
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in relevant Engineering  disciplines
• Must be able to read & understand design / construction drawings
• Strong communication ability with manufacturers on production details and deliver requirement to achieve logistics efficiency
• Proficient in Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing is a must
• Ability to do sketches & proficient in AutoCAD is a PLUS
• Detail-minded, independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good team player and willing to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome & will be considered as Junior Project Coordinator
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
