Duties include but not limited to:

• Responsible for entire UI/UX process
• Lead in design sprints of new features and projects across different platforms
• Create user friendly interface with obsessive user focus
• Improve the UX by conducting usability tests, A/B tests and researches
• Work closely with an agile team of Product Managers and Engineers
• Provide creative direction and execute graphic design works for offline materials occasionally
• Report to General Manager and work closely with Product Managers and Developers

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Interactive Design, Multimedia or other relevant disciplines
• 5+ years design experiences in digital products, preferably in digital media industry
• Proficient knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript would be an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to meet and manage a tight schedule and initiate ideas from process to execution
