Our Hong Kong office is strengthening its creative department to meet evolving audience and client requirements across multiple content delivery platforms.

We are looking to recruit our heads of design to lead our Brand Media businesses which included market leading brands such as Campaign Asia Pacific, CEI and joint venture activities – Spikes Asia.
       
The ideal candidates will work closely with brand heads to develop ideas and products. They should love nothing more than creating out-of-the-box contents, whether across event designs, digital content or print products. They will not only be a competent and proven designers, but have the ability to manage workflows and all the day-to-day tasks that come with managing a busy design department. Good team management skills are essential, including developing others’ ideas with grace and sensitivity.

Requirements

• Strong creative flair with plenty of ideas and a confident personality to match
• Proven success in creating digital projects and products, as well as print
• Experience in events-related design work an advantage
• A proven track record in showing you have design ideas and can execute them accordingly
• Experience in leading a team of designers and management skills    
• Experience in InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator, all the usual…
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure
• Diploma in multimedia and graphic design or related discipline with minimum 6/7 years relevant work experience
