- lead and provide design direction to the junior staff
- ensure our projects work on time and complete in a high quality

Requirements:
- nice personality, self-initiative and reliable
- strategic mind and well planning
- 3+ years experience in graphic design field, experience in team leading
- cartoon character lover
- solid experience in identity design and brand design
- experience in variety of projects and cross media
- trendy, good colour sense, fashion sense and marketing sense
- drawing and animation skill is preferred but not required
