Job Description

• Tom Lee Music requires a Graphic Designer to create concepts, design and implement any assigned creative projects, across all marketing channels - internal & external.
• This individual will work closely within a small team, requiring proven ability to execute multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work independently and self-drive is key. This role will support the direct to consumer marketing efforts and direction from local and international US team members.
• Ecommerce designing is preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Graphic design and copywriting input is required for a huge variety of products and activities, including Ecommerce Marketing (display banners, landing pages, email, website front end designs, facebook design support)
• Designing for Mobile Advertising & Product and Desktop Product
• Work with team to understand each project and provide effective design solutions that meets both the end users need as well as the business and marketing goals of said projects.
• Assist in managing external creative resources as needed on assigned project
• Strong digital marketing experience would be a plus

Requirements:

• Adobe suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash and Acrobat Reader, HTML
• Degree or diploma in graphic design
• Proven design track record a plus
• Proven ability to work in a small team environment.
• Excellent creative skills, communication skills, written and verbal.
• Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense required
