Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and parents via phone, email or face to face meetings
• Student enrollment
• Assist in the production of marketing materials and presence at expos/seminars
• Handle parent queries and anxieties on sending their children abroad
• Provide management with information on FAQs. Handle daily reports and other ad-hoc assignments such as covering the reception

Job Requirements

• Teaching and counseling experience
• Knowledge of the US higher education system, syllabus and admission procedures
• Fluent or native level of English
• Must have the right to work in Hong Kong
• Good communication skills including being comfortable talking on the phone
• Basic knowledge of software packages including Excel & PowerPoint

Full training will be given to successful candidates
