Job Description

Become part of this rapidly expanding international firm as it seeks a Regional Technical Sales Manager professional to establish its presence across China, India and Taiwan.

 Responsibilities:

  • A key person to implement, drive and develop sales growth with strategy for Composite Prepreg for Aerospace Applications  
  • To ensure account strategy developed, refined to ensure maximum sales and optimum performance of composite products and to focus on all commercial and technical activities necessary to support the introduction of, approval of and service of aerospace products
  • Coordinate and participate in product evaluations at both existing and potential customers and provide written documentation to sales management, product management, R&D, business unit leaders and other appropriate management regarding commercialized product evaluations
  • To gather market information, competitor situation, business opportunities and market intelligence in order to enhance and expand the market share
  • To develop strong multi-level relationships with clients as well as internal parties to ensure the sales revenues keep growing.
  • To develop customer prospect lists in targeted area (China / Taiwan / India)
  • Grow existing customer base as well as prospect for new customer targets
  • To report to Regional Technical Director  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Chemical Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5 years technical sales experience with customer-focus / Account Servicing and new business Development   
  • Candidate with Aviation / Aerospace related experience is highly prefer
  • Familiar with China sales environment is essential  
  • Aggressive person with proven sales record; Can keep good relationships and maintain long –term relationships with clients
  • Super communication skills with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • An Independent person and self-starter who can handle sales projects, business management and business portfolio presentation 
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with good computer skills (PowerPoint)
  • Home office based with frequent travel to China, India and Taiwan
