 Job description:

•  To re-engineer processes and systems that improve productivity and quality standard in our manufacturing plants through AUTOMATION. 
• To continuous improvement and recommend more efficient and quality manufacturing tools, equipment and systems.
• To provide advice on cost reduction and efficiency improvement in plant operations as required.
• To drive and introduce new manufacturing concepts and production technologies.
• To lead, coach and facilitate all the cross-departmental projects.

 Job requirements:

•  Degree holder in Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, Cost Accounting and Statistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, preferably in toys manufacturing.
• Proven trach record of automation, cost saving and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English, Putonghua and Chinese
• Frequent travel to Shenzhen and Dongguan.
