Job Descriptions

• Participate in new project development
• Provide technical support on material recommendation, assistance in material trial and troubleshooting
• Work with and provide proactive technical support to salespersons to win new projects
• Conduct project review with Sales and Marketing Department regularly
• Optimize the operation and communication flow of Technical Services Department and manage the team effectively
• Provide internal training to staff and external technical training or seminar to customers
• Keep track of the latest technical development of our strategic partners and provide up-to-date reports of industry trends to Sales and Marketing Department
  
• Manage technical team members in HK and PRC offices

Key Requirements

• University degree, preferably in chemical engineering / materials scienceor related disciplines
• 10-15 years relevant experience in plastic factory, plastic raw material plant or compounding plant
• 5 years in managerial position
• Familiar with the characteristics of engineering plastics and technical data sheet
• Experience in comparing properties of plastics and identifying the requirements on the product from different industries
• Knowledge on the process of injection molding and extrusion, as well as the design of plastic parts, mold and die
• Out-going and sales-oriented
• Good project development, leadership and communication skills
• Good command of English & Putonghua (both spoken and written)
• Frequent travel or station in PRC is required
