The role:

• Provide full support on presales stage and Communicate with clients to understand their needs as well as design solution package and identify the technical gaps with recommendation to fulfil clients’ business needs
• Be the bridge and lead to communicate with relevant stakeholders to consolidate and generate new product idea as well as perform feasibility study of development
• Act as a project lead to drive the implementation and delivery of development projects; manage the performance of vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely and quality delivery is in place
• Participate in tendering process, including but not limited to RFP, technical recommendation, etc.
• Identify and analyze the gap between the expectation and delivery and hence to develop improvement and enhancement plan accordingly
• Formulate strategies to cover different aspects of solution proposition to fulfil the enterprise market needs with the objective to enrich the market share and maximize business performance

If you are:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunication or relevant discipline
• 4+ years solid experience in solution design & integration gained from IT&T industry with good knowledge on ICT solution and technology, MPLS, Metro Ethernet, etc.
• Holder of CCNP, CCNA, or relevant certificate is definitely an advantage
• Excellent project management, analytical, presentation and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Mandarin
