Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, new installation, refurbishment, upgrade and safety improvement works for electric hoisting systems at various locations in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Monitor sub-contracted maintenance works to ensure works are carried out effectively and in a safe manner.
• Assist managers to understand the needs of customers, provide inputs for factory to design and verify the solution is meeting requirements,
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical reports, and other documents as required by company and customers.
• Coach and supervise other technicians.
• Provide solutions to technical problems encountered and attend to customer site for emergency trouble shooting.
• Maintain good business relationship with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
• Holder of electrical worker license (B0) issued by EMSD is a must.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in E&M installation or maintenance field in which at least 2 years acting as a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge and practical work experience in operation, installation , maintenance, statutory safety requirements for electric chain/rope hoist units and their associated power conduction and track systems is necessary.
• Experience in servicing hoisting systems for government facilities, waste treatment plants or production plants of public utilities is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skill with good command of English & Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Technician
