Job Description
Maintenance Officer (E&M)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Manager to supervise & lead technical team to provide support in gondola routine maintenance & repair service operation
- Provide technical support in solving technical problem
- Reporting and provide suggest solution to customers
- Ensure quality the quality of work to customer satisfaction and meet quality standard
- Work with Manager in reviewing maintenance & service contract, monitor & control operational budget for the Department
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Building Service / Mechanical Engineering / Building Studies / Electrical Engineering or related subjects
- Min. 3-4 years relevant working experience in service & maintenance of building experience
- Self motivated, mature, with strong sense of team work
- Good communication and supervision skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize, detail-mind & meet deadline
- Good trouble shooting, organizing & planning skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Experience in property & facilities maintenance preferable
