Responsibilities:

• Work independently on require requests for guest rooms and on guest floors
• Carry out routine checking and maintenance work for the Hotel
• Assist in update work order status and record in computer accordingly
• Communicate with departments or other relevant parties for work status

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences
• Graduated from VTC in Electrical/ Plumbing/ Air Conditioning Engineering will be an advantage
• Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A will be an advantage
• Holder of Fire Tube Boiler Operator License will be an advantage
• Strong technical knowledge in property maintenance
• Basic English, fluency in Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge
• Hotel or guest services work experiences will be an advantage
