We are a US-based telecommunication company and setting up our office in Hong Kong, currently we are looking for a high calibre professional to join our team as QC MANAGER.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

• Manage a team of 8-10 technician/inspectors to verify/monitor the quality issues on mobile phones/components before delivery.
• Maintaining a consistent quality criteria between our quality team and external vendors.
• Keep an accurate and complete records for all the quality related data.
• Keep a good Quality Control Management for our telecommunication device.
• Report to Director of Quality and make recommendations for on-going process improvements.

To fulfill the job, you are required:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in electronic engineering or related disciplines.
• Min. 5-7 years of working experience in mobile phone industry in which 3 years in supervisory level.
• Excellent inter-personal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking English and Chinese.  Korean will be an advantage.
• Good at visual acuity and auditory testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
