Job Details:

l   Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers. (Before and after sales)

l   Provide account servicing to customer, such as customer visit, proactive calling and review usage problems.

l   Conduct technical training.

Requirements:

l   High Diploma / Degree in Electronics or relevant disciplines

l   At least 1-3 year(s) experience in technical support

l   Experience in security products, such as Access Control, alarm system, or guard patrol, CCTV Surveillance products would be big advantage.
