Job Scope

• Reporting to Manager - Billing & Collection
• Manage billing cycle, maintain billing data statistics and responsible for AR month end closing
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of issuing invoices
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, statement of accounts, AR aging reports and verification of supporting documents
• Liaise effectively and efficiently with the accounting department on relevant accounts receivable and setoffs 
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree or higher diploma in accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience (MNC experience is highly preferred)
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong communication skills, a quick learner and a good team player
• Immediate available is an advantage
