Job Description
Jobs Duties:
- Responsible for handling office administration works, typing quotation,
sales order, PO, invoice and any ad hoc assignments when required. - Self-motivated, reliability, work independently and good communication skills
- Provide sales support to sales team, prepare quotation and reports, etc
- Customer service management
- Work closely and report to Taiwan Headquarter
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Min 1 year experience related experience
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC operations, include MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
- Good communication skills in both Chinese/ Mandarin and English
- HK Resident
- Short-notice/ immediately available would be preferred
