Job Description

Jobs Duties:

  • Responsible for handling office administration works, typing quotation,
    sales order, PO, invoice and any ad hoc assignments when required.
  • Self-motivated, reliability, work independently and good communication skills
  • Provide sales support to sales team, prepare quotation and reports, etc
  • Customer service management
  • Work closely and report to Taiwan Headquarter

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Min 1 year experience related experience
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in PC operations, include MS Word, Excel, & Powerpoint
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese/ Mandarin and English
  • HK Resident
  • Short-notice/ immediately available would be preferred
