Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling recruitment, employee care activities, insurance renewal, company event and training and development.
  • Responsible in administration on payroll, medical insurance and MPF.
  • Administer the personnel data management and monitor the daily administration operation issues.
  • Act as the relief of receptionist and support in office administrative issues.
  • Perform any ad hoc projects assigned.



Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience for management and in implementing HR & Administration activities.
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and business practices in Hong Kong.
  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, mature and well organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Work, Excel and Powerpoint.
