Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform reception duties including handle all incoming calls and mails, conference room booking, etc
• Greet visitors in a courteous manner
• Sort and distribute parcels and packages
• Stationery and pantry supplies ordering
• Handle administration work and ad-hoc assignment as assigned
• PREFER IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, Word Processing
• Good telephone manner, Self-motivated and reliable
• Good communication skills in both written & spoken English & Chinese
