Responsibilities:

• Handle general sales administration affairs
• Conduct order process and communicate between internal & external departments for delivery arrangement
• Answer customer enquiries about status of inventory & installation
• Update sales report and stock availability  
• Provide clerical support to Sales Team

Requirements:

• F. 7 or above
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration
• Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
• Self-motivated with strong sense of commitment
