Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the head office
  • Coordinate with office management or administration related duties 
  • Coordinate employee relations activities/events
  • Assist in implementing ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience in general office administration
  • Pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
