Responsibilities:

• To provide HR services include but not limited to compensation and benefits, recruitment and retaining staff, training, employee relations issues etc.
• To drive and coordinate training programs initiated by headquarter;
• To prepare HR related reports for management and Head Office review;
• To participate in HR projects launching when necessary;
• To handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent; 
• 3 year’s solid and relevant experiences in overall HR functions such as recruitment, C&B and staffing issues, preferably in sizable / MNC environments; experience in logistics industry an advantage;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 
• Good knowledge in employment ordinances, labour law and practices in Hong Kong;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Strong PC skills, especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint
