Job Description

Senior Research Director
GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
Hong Kong
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful incumbent will act as service quality checker to evaluate level of services provided by service providers, such as global hotel chains, membership clubs, top-tier banks in Hong Kong etc.
Tasks
- Attend project briefing and training in ORC office (Wanchai) to understand role of mystery shopper and evaluation checklist for the project.
- Conduct visits as customers by telephone or in person based on the scenarios assigned.
- Fill out the evaluation form based on experience of the visit.
- Each job will require 2 to 4 working days per month.
- Flexible hours.
- Attractive remuneration.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Language (any of the below): Native speaker of English or French* (native) or Japanese* (native) or Mandarin* (native)
*Also require good comprehension in English
Experience as customers of luxury hotels/ banks/ fitness clubs preferred.
Good memory and have a sharp eye on items.
