Responsibilities:

• Support Manager-Quality Assurance for maintenance of QMS for Good Distribution Practice of warehouse/transportation operation and Good Manufacturing Practice of pharmaceutical secondary packaging operation.
• Handle daily QA operations like complaint handling, risk assessment, CAPA follow up, etc.
• Participate in quality audits by Department of Health or clients
• Prepare SOP and maintain good documentation system in the company
• Provide guidance and training to staff as necessary to ensure clear understanding of the operating standards and quality systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Life Science, Food Science, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare warehouse operations / manufacturing environment
• Solid experience in quality management (i.e. ISO, GDP, GMP, etc)
• Good command of English & Chinese
• Proactive, action-orientated and able to work under pressure
• Registered Authorized Person in Department of Health for secondary packaging licence is highly preferable
• Candidate with higher qualification or more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor.
