Our client, a Hong Kong based leading engineering company is now seeking a high caliber to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing BIM standard and implementation of BIM technology into various projects. He/She will coordinate and monitor the execution of all aspects related to BIM technology, and communicate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the projects. He/She will also lead a team to provide advisory services to project teams and conduct quality control in accordance with company’s requirements.

Requirements

• University graduate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience of which 3 years in construction BIM model production
• Work independent, detail-oriented with good project management skills
• Familiar with BIM software and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
