Travel Consultant- hotel

Job Responsibilities:

Provide travel consultancy services to customers  include hotel and other travel arrangement

Requirements:
 
HKCEE/HKDSE 
-Hands-on experience in reservation
-Good command of Madrain, Chinese and English
-Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
-Self-motivated,  able to work independently

Travel Consultant - ticketing

Responsibilities:
-Issue air tickets for travel consultants in an efficient, accurate, cost effective, and courteous manner
Work closely with travel consultants and provide professional advices on ticket issuing 
Requirements:
-Form 5 or above, preferably with Certificate in Fare Construction and Ticketing, or related discipline
-Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
-Hand-on experience in Sabre and ticket issuing
-Possess recognized ticketing certificate of Abacus or Amadeus system
-Computer literate, good client servicing, communications and interpersonal skills
-Good spoken Mandrain, English and Chinese
