Our client is a restaurant and catering group. To cope with business growth, they are now seeking for high calibers to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Business Head, you are required to maintain the highest efficiency of daily operation of the restaurant
• Lead and motivate the team to drive customer service and productivity
• Manage the CRM activities andhelp organizing private event
• Understand the local market and consistently provide business strategies in business expansion
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in professional manner
• Closely monitor P&L and business performance
• Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation

Requirements: 

• At least 4 years of working experience in Food & Beverage industry at managerial level
• Candidate with working experience at Asia cuisine especially in Japanese cuisine would be an advantage
• Solid leadership and people management skills
• Strong awareness within the market and connection with food supplier
• Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operation Manager
