Job Duties:

• To ensure members satisfaction is mainted with high quality services
• Ensure all standards procedure for the operation of the Club are followed
• Carry out on –the-spot cleaning to enure cleanliness and tidness
• Conducts in-service training to explain policies and to demonstrate use and  maintenance of equipment
• Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards and practices are mainted
• Monitor labour cose and productivity output according to occupancy levels
• To ensure the department is operatied within the Legal Framework
• To ensure stands of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all
• Attends meeting to discuss policies and complaints
• Establish standards and procedures for staffs
• Prepare monthly reports and expenses
• Replenish and keep stock of the amenities
• Ensure accuracy and timely deliver all orders
• Ad hoc as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or Catering Management
• 5 years work experience in F & B outlets or hotels operation
• Excellent attention to details with high levels of communication
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Passionate in F&B industry
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Confident “ Can Do “ positive attitude
• Shift duty is required
• Proficiency in Cantonese, fair in spoken English is an advantage
