Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Hong Kong Office in daily activities and transactions
- Support all office administration to ensure the office is functioning in an effective and efficient ways
- Handling customer enquiries, new member registration, voucher orders etc
- Identify member needs and seek opportunities to provide value added services
- Handles member & SME concerns via email and calls
- Merchant handling (New Merchants registration)
- Handle promotion activities, materials and follow up actions
- Support in promotion and marketing event.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
· Diploma or above (College degree is preferred)
· Relevant working experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
· Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with people at all levels. Open minded with CAN DO spirit.

Fast learner, attention to details, prioritize work with ability to handle multi-task.
· A team player with self-discipline and strong sense of responsibility
· Well-versed in computer applications, proficient in MS Words, Excel and Power Point
· Fluency in Written & Oral English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
· IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE is highly preferred
