Requirements:

• Past working experience in Japanese restaurant required
  
• Strong knowledge and skills in sushi dishes and ideally in Omakase
• Service-oriented and friendly with customers
• Basic conversational Japanese is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred 

*Must have permanent HKID or valid working visa favourable
