Company Description

Our client is one of the global leading F&B catering groups with well established business in Hong Kong. Deal to business expansion, they are hiring a Retail Manager to manager all their food counters in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

• Manage all the sales activities and the operations in the food counters in Hong Kong. 
• Manage the manpower allocation and the service provided
• Manage the daily inventory and ensure the freshness of the products
• Drive sales and revenue of the retail business and control on cost and budget
• Work on market trend and competitors analysis
• Provide training to the front line staffs to improve the service and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business management of other related disciplines
• At least 5 years in food retail or F&B operations industry with at least 2 years management experinece. 
• Strong team player and able to deal with sales pressure
• Motivated and sensitive to numbers
• Excellent analytical and communications skills
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential
