A Private Club located in Central requires a candidate to fill the below position.

Junior Chef/ Kitchen Helper

This private clubhouse is dedicated to providing high quality food and services to an international customer base in small groups.  They are looking for a Junior Chef/ Kitchen Helper for their private club houses studio in Central that serves senior executives and high end customers.

The ideal candidate must have operation experience in different cuisines or private clubhouses and restaurants.  

Responsibilities:

1. Create dishes and concepts with team
2. Manage and supervise the daily operations of the kitchen
3. Ensure good quality of food and hygiene standard
4. Good food and service presentations

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in French/Italian Fine Dining Cuisine 
2. Relevant working experience in international hotel chains or concept restaurants is preferable 
3. Receptive to changes, with good interpersonal and organization skills 

The ideal candidate must be able to speak ENGLISH & CANTONESE, and  Mandarin will be a plus.  He or she must be presentable and able to thrive in a customer first working environment.
