Job Function Overview
The main function of this Inside Sales specialist is a key position to create pipeline generation.
The role is to discover new sales opportunities by calling customers and understanding their business
background / requirement.
The Inside Sales Representative should identify the most appropriate decision maker in the company and introduces OneAsia services to our perspective customer.
The Inside Sales Representative will also be GIVEN the opportunity to meet with perspective customers to close the deal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call into customers database for the purpose of generating new and up-sell business leads.
- Follow through the sales leads with OneAsia sales team across the selling cycle from the beginning to deal closing.
- Identify new sales opportunities for OneAsia and pipeline building with a strong KPI mindset.
- Develop an understanding of OneAsia services.
- Attend trainings to develop relevant product and sales knowledge.
Job Requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications preferred
- Previous experience with Outlook and Office Applications
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
- The ability to multi-task across functions
- Background or working knowledge of IT industry
- Good command in Cantonese and English
