Requirements
- Degree holder with 2-4 years customer service experience
- Previous experience in airlines or hotels will also be considered
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Cheerful, well-organized, team player with proactive attitude
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of customer services in a courteous and timely manner
- Handle customers’ enquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up
- Coordinate with US head office and external parties for daily smooth operation
- Assist in marketing events coordination and ad hoc projects as assigned
