Requirements

• Degree holder with 2-4 years customer service experience
• Previous experience in airlines or hotels will also be considered
• Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
• Cheerful, well-organized, team player with proactive attitude
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word and Excel
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of customer services in a courteous and timely manner
• Handle customers’ enquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up
• Coordinate with US head office and external parties for daily smooth operation
• Assist in marketing events coordination and ad hoc projects as assigned
