• Degree / Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• With working experience in user support, preferably in sizeable firm
• Familiar with most PC applications including Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/Window7 and Microsoft Office XP/2003/2008
• Basic knowledge in networking and server management e.g. TCP/IP,  Windows Server 2000/2003 and
• Knowledge in database management e.g. Oracle 8i/9i/10g or SQL Server 2000/2005 will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
