Responsibilities:

• Counter Sales to customers
• Handle Cruise enquires via phone
• Assist in design Cruise products and tour packages

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, preferably Certificate or Diploma in Tourism Management or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years of travel experience, preferably experienced in Cruise and tour package
• Proficient in PC operation with Chinese word processing
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
