Responsibilities

• Provides operational and administrative support to the sales units and marketing team
• Monitors high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in sales planning and activities
• Handles inventory and sales forecast
• Assists in developing promotional activities, ensures all execution of marketing/sales activities are carried out based on business needs and required standards
• Assists in identifying opportunities for sales and operation process improvement
• Generates sales reports and maintains data base information
• Acts as a backup contact for customers and handles customer complaints

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines. Knowledge of marketing principles will be an advantage.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience with food retail markets / operational administration / advertising agencies
• Well-organized & friendly personality. Willing to listen comments as a team player
• Excellent communication & analytical skills with customer service mindset
• Sensitive to numbers and high standard of literacy
• Strong problem solving skills and able to adapt changing team environment
• Well versed in PC knowledge, including MS Words, Excel and Power Point. Experience in photoshop is preferred.
• Passion for food is a plus
• The employment is initially on a 1-year contract and is subject to extension based on the business needs.
