Job Description

1. Arranging Ticketing related daily operations
2. Processing of travel agency for ticketing inquiries and ticketing arrangements
3. Processing ticket relevant statistical analysis
4. Responsible for ticketing-related issues, including well communication with concern parties of processing and making recommendations

Requirements:

1. F.7/DSE or above, with 2 years relevant experience
2. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
3. Exp. in ticketing and ticketing system operation experience, proficient in excel and other office software;
4. Have good communicating, coordinating, analytic and problem solving skills
5. Need to shift duties
