Job Requirements:

• University / Diploma graduated or relevant qualifications with Food & Beverage operation or hotel management training.
• At least 8 years management experience in the Restaurant Industry in a similar position.
• Ability to lead the current team of different nationalities and diverse culture.
• Fluent communication of English, conversational Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, patience, a strong team leader and motivator.
• Able to lead the team to provide and maintain excellent services to customers and make sure all our customers receive total customer satisfaction.

This position is required to work and stationed in Macau.
