• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management;
• 1-2 years of work experience in hotel industry;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Service-oriented and able to cope with pressure;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Familiar with PMS;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Clerk.
