Job Description

Responsibilities and Requirements

5-8 years related experience in upscale Japanese restaurant

Knowledge on kitchen hygiene and cleaning

Must be sociable, positive and friendly to customers

Ability to work well with kitchen and floor staff

Fluency in Chinese and English

* Must have HKID or working visa in HK

Fixed Sunday Off
