You will be required to knowledgeably and professionally manage all communication for our customers on arrival at Hong Kong Airport and ensure a smooth and efficient welcome to Hong Kong.

 Responsibilities will include:

• Providing customers with professional service and assistance
• Reconfirming travel arrangements with customers on arrival at the airport
• Selling of optional tours to clients
• Completing reservations for transfers and tours
• Communicating and relaying information to the office staff
• Scheduled hours including mornings, nights and weekends
• Based at Hong Kong International Airport

 Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good understanding of Hong Kong as a destination
• Knowledge and experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Customer service orientated
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
