Responsibilities:

• Greet and meet customers in a cheerful and friendly manner
• Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of all guests
• Reserve a table for customer with using table booking system
• Learn the customers’ needs and build an excellent relationship with all guests
• Observe and understand customers’ preference and favourite dinning pattern
• Analyse customer’s feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating and promotion plans
• Respond to customers’ needs to provide excellent guest satisfaction
• Actively listen and resolve customer’s complaints
• Expect and react promptly to customer’s requirements and inquiries
• Direct, train and manage guest relations team to ensure all standards and operation procedure is running smoothly

Requirements:

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent people skills with friendly smile
• Pleasant, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in hospitality industry is preferred
