Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the overall operation of the club.
• To be involved in day to day staffing and customer services quality.
• Help to define and implement standardized work procedures, rules and regulations systematically in order to be in line with Company standards.
• Responding to Member’s request, comments and suggestion.

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel & Catering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in hotel or Member’s Club ;
• High flexibilities, well-organized with strong leadership skills.
• Pro-active, self-motivated, presentable and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
